Please provide detailed project description including time sequence for the project's implementation: The IJOBS or bonding bill SF376 was one of the final actions of the 2009 Legislative Session. The bill includes an appropriation of $25 million, to establish a joint governance board to promote the deployment and sustainablility of high-speed broadband access in the State. This funding coupled with Federal funding, shall be used to build infrastructure, to be used to promote universal access to high-speed broadband exceeding the current federal requirements. Funding will be administered by this joint governance board consisting of 15 members representing various organizations and demograpics.
