Please provide detailed project description including time sequence for the project's implementation: Establish the California Teleheath Network (CTN) to provide health and medical care access by connecting more than 800 clinics and hospitals to medical centers, with an initial priority on rural sites and tribal lands. The deployment is to begin in Q1 2010, with completion pending ongoing contract negotiation. The project is operated by the University of California, Office of the President and University of California Davis Medical Center.
